公益信託詳情 Details about RCA Workers’ Trust

RCA員工關懷協會會員大會決議，自受害者賠償金提撥25%回饋金，7%用於成立公益信託。
因仍有1400多名受害者訴訟仍在進行中，後續尚須給付訴訟相關費用，故先提撥首筆現金新台幣3500萬元成立公益信託。後續若有追加交付或其他捐贈者捐贈之財產，亦會陸續捐贈至本公益信託 。

The General Assembly of the Original RCA Corporation Employees Caring Association resolved to allocate 25% of the compensation funds from victims for common purposes, with 7% used to establish the RCA Workers' Trust.

As there are still over 1,400 victims with ongoing litigation, and additional funds are needed for legal costs, an initial sum of NT$35 million has been allocated to establish the RCA Workers' Trust. Future compensation won by the victims, or donation from other people, will also be added to the RCA Workers’ Trust.

推廣、舉辦、捐助或贊助有關從事勞動關係、勞動保險、勞動福祉與退休、勞動基準及就業平等、勞動力發展、職業安全衛生、勞動研究或其他與勞動業務相關事項為目的之信託，包括但不限於下列項目： 

1. 與勞動權益相關之議題倡議、法律研究、教育或立法、個案或集體服務、組織或工作環境之研究、教育或改善，或其他與勞動權益相關之社會行動。
2. 與勞動權益或公害相關之重大公益案件、社會矚目或其他相似案件之法律扶助、倡議、研究或教育。
3. 與職業或環境之公共衛生相關之議題倡議、研究、教育、服務或其他與職業或環境之公共衛生相關之社會行動。
4. 與台灣美國無線電公司案件或其他重大勞工重大案件相關之紀念場館經營、展覽演出及其他活動。

The RCA Workers' Trust aims to promote, host, donate to, or sponsor projects related to labor relations, labor insurance, labor welfare and retirement, labor standards and employment equality, workforce development, occupational safety and health, labor studies, or other labor-related matters, including but not limited to the following:

1. Advocacy, legal research, education, or legislation related to labor rights, including individual or collective services, research on organizatiing or work environment improvements, or other social actions related to labor rights.
2. Legal assistance, advocacy, research, or education related to major public interest cases concerning labor rights or environmental protection, or other similar cases of public concern.
3. Advocacy, research, education, services, or other social actions related to public health issues concerning occupational and environmental health.
4. Commemorative sites, exhibitions, performances, and other activities related to the RCA case or other significant labor cases.
